“The Secret to Extraordinary Faith is Fully Engaging Our Minds, as well as Our Hearts, because Dynamic Faith requires a Healthy Balance of Both." ~Patty Houser
Each Sunday, our Church Parlor becomes a space for Learning and Discussion about Current Social Issues, led by a diverse and talented group of speakers.
The Committee on Christian Social Responsibilities (CCSR) goal is to renew and strengthen our commitment to advocate justice and equality for all people in all areas of society.
Our Reader's Circle
Our Reader’s Circle usually meets every other month, on the second Tuesday of the month. We meet at the church at noon to enjoy lunch, a shared dessert and to discuss the book we are reading. It is a chance to sit down and have a nice conversation with our friends. All are welcome to attend.
The monthly Men’s breakfast is meeting every first Saturday of every month at 8:00AM, at the Carle Place Diner, 151 Old Country Road, Carle Place, NY.
All men of the church and their visitors are welcome; it is an opportunity to enjoy relaxed fellowship and conversation over a shared meal.
No reservations necessary, please join us.
Each Saturday morning, a 90 minute yoga session takes place in the Church Parlor. Join us as we Come Together to Bring Calmness to our Bodies and Minds.
AA Support Groups meet on a weekly basis, where All are Welcome.
