Americana Fair - November 12, 2016



We accept jewelry, user-friendly books, china, crystal, silver, pictures and frames, lamps, new, unloved items for the Boutique, toys, holiday items, household items for Attic Treasures. Gently-used furs, special treasures and collectibles will go to the Silent Auction (please wrap and label these separately). 

We  will NOT accept  any large pieces of furniture or electronics. Make sure all items are clean and in salable condition.

 There will be a Shabby/Chic Clothing and Accessories Room for adults and children's items. Please make sure donated clothing is clean and in good condition.


Drop-Off Hours and Sorting: 

 Sat., Nov. 5 - 10:00 AM –4:00 PM

 Sun., Nov. 6 - 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM & 6:00 — 9:00 PM

 Mon., Nov. 7 - 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM & 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

 Tues., Nov 8 (Election Day) – 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM &  6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

 Wed., Nov. 9 – 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM & 6:00 — 9:00 PM

 Thurs., Nov. 10 - 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM & 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

 (Doors open for volunteers - 8 AM on Fair Day.) 


Signs will be posted on the church outside doors asking people to bring their items downstairs to Gardner Hall; except for books - which will go directly to Kensington Room. 

 When bringing items into a room that, please do not place items around the room – leave near the door so non-priced items won’t get mixed up with priced items.  We’re trying to avoid duplicated efforts of room chairs.

 We can offer pick-up service for those who cannot bring items themselves.
