THE AMERICANA FAIR IS SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 14

HERE'S A LIST OF WHAT YOU CAN DO TO HELP:

MAKE DONATIONS:

We accept household items for Grandma's Attic; jewelry; user-friendly books; china; crystal; silver; linens and lamps; frames and pictures; holiday items; new, unloved items for the Boutique; and toys. Collectibles for the Silent Auction and gently-used furs, jewelry and special treasures would be appreciated by Arlyn Rath.

Please donate your designer, gently-used or new clothing and accessories for children and adults; make sure all items are clean and in saleable condition. Large pieces of furniture and electronics will not be accepted.

Drop-off dates, times and sorting schedule:

Sat.,  Nov. 7th 10:00AM –4:00PM

Sun., Nov. 8th 11:30AM – 9:00PM

Mon., Nov. 9th 9:00 AM – 4:00PM;  6:00PM – 9:00PM

Tues., Nov 10th 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM;  6:00 PM -- 9:00PM

Wed., Nov. 11th  (Veteran's Day)  10AM -- 4PM  Teens Welcome to help sort.

Thurs., Nov. 12th9:00AM -- 4:00PM;  6:00PM -- 9:00PM

NO ITEMS ACCEPTED ON FRIDAY, BUT THERE WILL BE SORTING ALL DAY! 

PLEASE bring all donations to Gardner Hall. BOOKS go to Kensington Room.

We can offer pick-up service for those who cannot bring items themselves. We have limited garage space to store donations until the Fair. If you have extra empty plastic bags (grocery store bags) at home, bring in for shoppers. 

VOLUNTEER:  Come anytime during above hours to help sort. Even one hour will be a tremendous contribution!

GOURMET SHOP:

We welcome any delicacies you can prepare. If you want to prepare early and freeze or need freezer space, Melva can provide one or two of her freezers to pack with your donations...pies, cookies, breads, soups, casseroles, stews, quiches, sauces, snacks, cakes, and anything you enjoy cooking. Please list all ingredients (for allergy reasons). Deliver to Gardner Hall on Friday, November 13, or leave in Gardner Hall kitchen refrigerator clearly marked “for Fair Gourmet sale.”  You can also deliver before 10AM on Fair day. GIFT BASKETS:

Donate new items for gift baskets or create a theme basket. Donate cash towards the purchase of an Apple Gift Card for the Grand Gift Prize. Deliver items to the box at the top of the stairs outside the church office. Cash/checks can be given to church staff during office hours.
